• To re-imagine true partnership by including HUSKY Health members and families within the behavioral health system of care framework to enhance and promote programs, best practices and behavioral health care outcomes.

• To encourage HUSKY Health members, families, service providers, and community partners to work together to transform systems and embrace partnership.

• To ensure Connecticut communities are educated and made aware of HUSKY Health behavioral health benefits, services and resources available to help people live their lives to the fullest potential.
